Massachusetts State-Aided Public Housing Program

Applicable to:

• Low-income family, elderly, and handicapped housing in buildings owned by Local Housing Authorities.

• Low-income households are eligible for state-aided public housing if they earn no more than 80% of the median income of the area.

How to apply:

• To apply, you must fill out the Common Housing Application for Massachusetts’s Public Housing (CHAMP).

• Offers rental subsidies for low-income families and individuals.
